Yi Sang Sothearos

A flagship outlet for Yi Sang brand which opened 8th August 2008. Located at Almond Hotel Sothearos, Yi Sang Sothearos has set the standard for Phnom Penh’s premier Chinese cuisines and restaurant. This outlet is known for its signature dishes of freshly made artisan dim sum and soup noodles as well as its traditional Chinese slow-cooked nourishing soups.

Elements from other signature dishes from crispy roast pork, duck and goose to its king of roast Black Kulen Pig are found in our dining room. The honeycomb wall decoration references the wild Cambodian forest honey used in our cooking or glaze; the result is an dining experience using all the senses from sight, feel to taste.
