Yi Sang has been bringing the flavour of Guangdong province to the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2008.
The name Yi Sang is a composite of the Cantonese words for “fish” and “life”, a name which we honour with our live fish and seafood, the star ingredients of many dishes, including our artisan dimsum, Phnom Penh’s premium “little touch on the heart.”
Our restaurants seek to lead by example, serving only the highest quality Cantonese dishes and adapting old cuisine customs to modern palates, with our innovative food pairings.
Menu highlights include our signature Crispy Roasted Duck made with forest honey from Cambodia, organic Kulen black pig sourced from the sacred Kulen mountain, and seasonal favourites like Bong Kong, giant prawns from the Mekong river.
