Chef Luu Meng and his team draw from both Canton's culinary canon and Cambodia's finest seasonal produce to create dishes that feel rooted in tradition yet alive with freshness. The dim sum cart rolls from early morning, the roasted meats are carved to order, and every soup has been simmering for hours before you arrive.
